Initially known as MigraLynx Systems, Inc., the company was founded in 1994 to fill the increasing demand for digital transmission of documents and information that was both cost-effective and secure. In the late 90s, MigraLynx pioneered a Web-based electronic document delivery service that used the speed and ease of the Internet to deliver data and documents securely and instantaneously while dramatically reducing costs in comparison to traditional overnight delivery method. In 1999, MigraLynx became eLynx and in September 2006, eLynx acquired SwiftView, a leading provider of secure document communications products and services that help enterprises worldwide capture, view, deliver and print electronic documents.
