eCN with eVault extends eLynx’s end-to-end electronic closing solution

CINCINNATI – October 4, 2011 – eLynx, a portfolio company of American Capital (NASDAQ: ACAS), announced today the company’s partnership with eSignSystems to make the firm’s leading SmartSAFETM eVaulting software available as part of the company’s electronic closing network (eCN). The SmartSAFE Bundle offers a complete solution to store, access, and manage legally binding electronic mortgages. The addition of eVault services to eCN, gives eLynx customers electronic options for all stages in the life-cycle of a loan.
