eLynx Increases Staff To Further Enhance Customer Service and Sales Capabilities.

CINCINNATI, May 20, 2004 – eLynx Ltd., a provider of electronic document delivery solutions, announced the expansion of its staff with the addition of three new employees: DeDe Colvill, Harry Dressler and Mark Keller.

Colvill has been named regional sales manager for eLynx’ Central region where her duties include directing eLynx’ account management efforts and generating new business. Colvill has 18 years of experience in sales and has worked as a national sales representative for Minneapolis-based Ceridian, a leading information services company for human resources, retail and transportation markets.

Dressler is eLynx’ new senior project manager and is responsible for developing and implementing new products for the company. Dressler has more than 15 years of experience in project management and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) based in Philadelphia. Previously, he served as senior project manager for Indianapolis-based Praxis Solutions, an information technology consulting firm.

As eLynx’ new implementation engineer, Keller facilitates the technical setup and implementation of eLynx’ systems for new customers and is responsible for analyzing and refining existing customer processes. Keller brings more than five years of technical experience to the position. Prior to joining eLynx, he held positions as a systems engineer, application developer and technical project coordinator for Lewis Center, Ohio-based SARCOM, a technology solutions provider. While at SARCOM, Keller was the three-time winner of the company’s Customer Satisfaction Award.
