Entry into Insurance Market Drives Company Expansion

eLynx Ltd., a portfolio company of American Capital Strategies (NASDAQ: ACAS) and a leading provider of e-services that transform paper-intensive business processes into secure electronic operations, announced today that it has added two senior level account executives in response to the company’s expansion into the insurance market.  The two senior-level professionals were selected for their distinct experience with the insurance business, and its alignment within the financial services enterprise.

Kim Rae Lenth-Albert and Martin Pittman will manage sales and client relations efforts for the company’s expansion into the insurance market.  Lenth-Albert comes to eLynx with nearly 15 years of sales experience, and has held senior sales positions with SunGard Insurance and Equifax.  Pittman has almost a decade of sales experience, and has achieved significant sales goals in positions at BISYS Insurance and the insurance division of Kaplan Financial.  The new executives were selected based on this experience to support growing demand for the company’s e-business services designed for Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Reinsurance and other insurance divisions.

“As a premier service provider for 14 of the top 20 lenders, eLynx is an expert on the needs of the financial services enterprise, and has naturally transitioned the business into the insurance segment. We’ve now enhanced this expertise by hiring professionals with specialized, specific knowledge of the needs and challenges of this market,” Robert Nilsson, vice president of business development, said. “eLynx is dedicated to meeting client needs and this commitment is demonstrated by the addition of these two highly talented professionals.”

Michael Pelfrey, vice president of sales, said, “eLynx continues to grow, bringing paperless solutions that reduce cycle times while improving workflow, compliance and quality assurance. Our reputation for success within the financial services industry has created a specific demand for our services in the insurance markets.”
