eLynx Releases New SwiftPublish Document Capture Application — Helps Businesses Automate Document Capturing, Printing and Converting

CINCINNATI – March 5, 2008 – eLynx, a portfolio company of American Capital Strategies Ltd. (NASDAQ: ACAS), and provider of the most pervasive and widely used secure electronic document communications network for the financial services industry, announced today the release of a newly-enhanced SwiftPublish document capture application. Part of the SwiftView Tools suite of products, SwiftPublish standardizes document capturing, viewing, printing and converting for enterprises and solution partners, regardless of document type or printer. SwiftPublish can serve as a front-end to the entire eLynx expedite™ document distribution platform.
SwiftPublish is a server-based application that creates print-ready PCL or archive-ready TIFF or PDF files from native files produced by any Windows® application. Configured to automatically process files according to predefined criteria, SwiftPublish is ideal for “hands-free” standardization of document formats for distribution or other business processes or as a front-end for document management and archiving systems. The application can be implemented as a standalone enterprise application or integrated into third-party solutions.
