Total choice. Regardless of how the borrower wants to receive documents, there is only one origination path for the lender - "print to eLynx." Documents can be delivered and returned securely over the internet, or on paper. Brochures and other shelf documents can be added by eLynx, and for packages that need to be returned by mail, a waybill can be included for the customer’s use.
Signing. Senders can request electronic signatures. Signature fields are automatically mapped, and customers are guided through the browser-based signing process.
Automatic notifications. The sender automatically receives an email or XML notice when the recipient opens, signs, submits, or declines to receive a document.
Audit trails. Electronically signed documents are returned with a complete audit trail of the recipient’s actions during the signing process.
Reliability. Documents are processed and stored at eLynx’s two geographically diverse data centers.
Compliance. eLynx services are fully compliant with E-SIGN, UETA, as well as disclosure and privacy laws.
